We are industry-leading organization using CAD/CAE and PLM systems, looking for a talented design engineer to develop products utilizing state-of-the-art tools and processes. We have carefully developed business processes and successfully deployed many Pro-Engineer solutions to define digital models of our products. Top Down Design methodologies are utilized to capture product requirements with extensive use of Master Model techniques and free-forming surfacing to meet aesthetic requirements. With Pro-Engineer, we design electro-mechanical systems using parametric geometry, sheet metal, mechanism, routed system (cabling/harness and diagram), and ECAD-MCAD PCBA. Associative design documentation includes 2D fabrication drawings, 3D process assembly, photo-rendering, and animation. The data is configured and manage throughout the product's lifecycle utilizing Windchill PDMLink and shared with cross-functional teams using Visualization tools. Product View is our official viewer to access ‘watermarked” released data and part of our check process using Annotation and Drawing Overlay functionalities. Alcon is committed to continuous improvements and optimizing product development systems to design and manufacture accurate and quality products.
