Mock Interview Participants for a 4-hour interviewer "skills training" for top hiring managers. The candidates being paid for this project are not interviewing for actual positions. They are needed to behave as if they are interviewing for an Pharma/Sales job in order to provide 'live' training to top managers. This is actually a very fun event, reviews from previous sessions have been very positive. This is a great training exercise for interviewing skills for job seekers, snacks and refreshments will be served, and it is a great opportunity to meet with a top, pharmaceutical employer for consideration. The potential for a future job interview with Allergan does exist but should not be expected. Each candidate will receive an explanation of the training and feedback on their individual interviews
