Premium Title Company, a division of Altisource Portfolio Solutions has expanded its operations and has encountered growth within their settlement department.
 
This position will report directly to the Senior Manager and will be responsible for the following:
 

Review closing packages to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable state regulatory and lending requirements.
Manage the review, reporting and finalization functions for settlement for a high volume pipeline of files (estimated 125 files).
Ability to communicate succinctly with all internal and external customers on file statuses on individual and entire pipeline as needed
Maintain organization for high volume pipeline and provide regular updates to all parties throughout the life cycle of all files.
Provide detail on files through daily systemic, Excel and ad hoc reporting
Ability to support paperless work environment
Ability to maximize use of production platform to follow established workflows, document files and store all verbal and written correspondence
Coordinate and support efforts to fully integrate services with India operations.
Ability to adapt to changing work environment.
 Key Result Areas:

Develop ability to maximize closing organization, use of proprietary production platform (ResWare) and client procedures with a minimum of 125 files closed per month within 60 days.
Become fully integrated with cross functional company teams; develop good understanding of the working relationship between PTS India and REO within 30 days of hire.
Develop a good working understanding of the various departments within REO and Settlement Services within 30 days of hire.
 Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess an Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school associate’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field. The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of five years multi-state closing experience in title services, preferably for a national title, lending, corporate relocation or similar agent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a high volume production environment within a highly matrixed organization including coordination with off shore production support. Additionally, the individual should have excellent organizational skills and possess intermediate Excel experience. The candidate will have a developed understanding of the use of reports and metrics in managing their daily work tasks. The candidate should have well developed verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage simultaneous priorities, strong judgment, issues management and problem analysis skills.
