Looking for someone who will take INITIATIVE and hit the ground running with this position. This is one of many satellite offices and main marketing department is in their corporate office, they may be needed during some projects to assist other teams. MUST come from the AEC industries (architecture, engineering, construction). Primarily writing proposals, conducting meetings with project executives. Need someone with writing and graphic design skills. Need someone high energy with MINIMUM 5 years of experience in a similar role. Need to have experience with Deltek software or able to pick up on new systems easily.
The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator is to coordinate the proposal preparation process and develop and produce proposals, interview presentations and marketing resource materials for the Irvine office. The Marketing Coordinator's secondary responsibilities include providing marketing support to other offices, as directed by the Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for quality and timeliness of all assigned work (proposals, interview presentations, information packages, etc.) and interfacing with internal staff (Project Executives, Project Managers, Estimators and Schedulers) and external consultants, as needed. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for updating information within Deltek and performing marketing administrative activities for the office of primary responsibility. These activities includes archiving marketing materials, ordering supplies, maintaining Marketing Department equipment and providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager and/or Business Development Executive.
Essential Job Functions
Coordinate the production of all proposals and presentation materials in a format consistent with Deltek selected guidelines.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Business Development Executive, Project Executives, Project Managers, other Marketing Coordinators and all relevant consultants in the proposal preparation process.
Assist in the writing and editing of proposals.
Provide on-going input into the Deltek marketing project information database; request, track and update new project information, photography, letters of commendation, etc.
Perform administrative duties for the Marketing Manager to include arranging travel and lunch reservations.
Maintain marketing supplies (paper, binding material, and printer/plotter and office supplies) and participate in general Marketing Department organizational/cleaning duties.

Special Requirements
Available to work overtime when required.
Occasional travel to satellite offices.
Experience
Must have 1-5 years of relevant experience in the Construction, Architectural or Engin
